Description:

As an Education Specialist you will demonstrate the ability and interest to develop and implement the Department Of Education, Creative Curriculum for the Family Child Care Providers. 

  • Develop and implement educational programs that align with Family Childcare Network curriculum standards.
  • Train and mentor providers in effective teaching strategies and classroom management techniques.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to monitor children's progress and ensure educational goals are met.
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's learning and development.
  • Stay updated on early childhood education trends and best practices.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Experience working in a childcare setting, with a strong understanding of early childhood education principles. Especially experience working with infants and toddlers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Education Level: Master's Degree
