Waddler Lead Teacher

Description:

The Lead Waddler Teacher will be responsible for facilitating the program created by the Ark of Learning. The provider must ensure the development and safety of these children in accordance with the Office of Children and Family Services. The Lead Teacher will be respectful of children and parents, and ensure that equipment and facilities are clean, safe and well maintained. The Lead Teacher will also be responsible for incorporating Christian themes in activities that will include prayer, and music.

Responsibilities:

The core of the responsibilities of the Lead Teacher include, but are not limited to:

1. Implement a developmentally appropriate Waddler program for young children.

2. Supervise children in the Waddler program

3. Communicate with parents

4. Maintain program administration

5.  Continued Education and Training as directed by the Office of Children and Family Services; Notify Program Coordinator or Director of any developmental concerns

6.  Classroom Maintenance
