In this 3‑day professional development series providers will understand why children behave the way they do, explore the Pyramid Model to distinguish between guidance and individualized strategies, and practice effective approaches for addressing behaviors. By the end, participants will be equipped with practical tools to address challenging behaviors in a supportive manner that will promote positive development and stronger relationships.
