Pathway 1: APRIL's 3 Day Series on the Pillars of Social and Emotional Learning
In this 3‑day professional development series, we address critical components of the effective practices. Effective practices promote excellence in home base family child care by protecting children and their families from unpleasant experiences. In this course providers will learn about maintaining a safe environment (including proper supervision, safety rules, emergency preparedness), establishing a two communication with families and promoting playful learning.
