The WNY Leadership Initiative invites you to join us for a powerful Leader Cafe' featuring a Pod Cast with Dr. Walter Gillam, a national expert on childhood education and equity. Based on his moving interview with the Children's Institute, we'll explore how implicit bias, lack of support, and structural inequities are pushing our youngest learners out of the classroom - before they event get started.

Leader Cafe's are a time for Early Childhood leaders to come together to discuss a topic around a pod cast, ted talk or video.
