The Daycare Myth

Please join the WNY Leadership Initiative for this members only Book Group event. Book groups are a time for individuals to come together to discuss a book and how it relates to our work as ECE Leaders.

This 3 session book group will focus on the book. "The Daycare Myth" by Dan Wuori.

This facilitated book group invites early childhood leaders to critically examine Dan Wuori’s The Daycare Myth. Across three sessions, participants will explore myths underlying early childhood policy, reflect on systemic challenges, and identify strategies for applying insights to leadership practice, program improvement, and advocacy. Through shared discussion, participants will connect policy and research to their daily work, deepen their understanding of the workforce, and build a collective vision for change.
