From Overwhelmed to Strategic: The Director as Organization Leader

Directors are often pulled between staffing issues, family concerns, compliance, enrollment, finances, curriculum, communication, and day-to-day emergencies. The result can be a leadership role dominated by reaction rather than strategy. 

From Overwhelmed to Strategic is a three-session peer learning community for leaders who want to shift from constantly responding to what is urgent to intentionally leading what matters most. This learning community helps leaders examine how they are spending their leadership capacity and develop practical systems for moving from reactive to intentional, doing to delegating, urgent to important, and managing today to leading toward tomorrow. 

Together, participants will examine where their leadership capacity is going, explore what they can delegate or systematize, and develop practical strategies for building an organization that does not depend on the director to solve every problem.
