Early Childhood Director's Conference

October 28th, 2019

In October over 200 early childhood leaders attended the our first Early Childhood Directors Conference, focused on From Survive to Thrive: A Director's Guide for Leading an Early Childhood Program.

Authors Debbie Leekeenan and Iris Chin Ponte gave a keynote address and lead breakout sessions. Attendees heard from our speakers and engaged in discussions with other leaders about facilitative leadership; finding perspective, balance, and flexibility in our work; strategies to support great staff; and how to build reciprocal relationships by learning from and with families.
