A lead teacher at our center is responsible for planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities and curriculum, maintaining a safe and structured classroom environment, and following the daily routine. This position plays a key role in supporting children's growth while ensuring compliance with licensing regulations and center policies.
Qualifications for a lead teacher at our center requires either a CDA certificate, degree in early childhood education or pursing a degree in early childhood education. The ability to pass background checks is also required.
- Minimum Education Level: Highschool Graduate or GED
- Preferred Education Level: CDA Credential
